Passport to Careers

Passport to Careers marked its 12th anniversary in November 2025, continuing its legacy as Northeast Ohio’s premiere youth talent event and a cornerstone of our early career exploration experiences for high school students.

This year’s expanded program built on the success of Passport to IT Careers by introducing Finance career pathways alongside IT/Tech. Students had the unique opportunity to connect with professionals across Information Technology, Computer Science, Banking, Insurance, Accounting, and Real Estate, while exploring post-high school learning options in both industries.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible ProCorps volunteers, higher ed institutions, and youth serving organizations, and Big Ideas/Bold Ventures panelists whose expertise and enthusiasm made this experience possible. Your commitment to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of talent is what brings this event to life. Together, we created an unforgettable day of discovery, networking, and career exploration for hundreds of students across Northeast Ohio.
