Passport to IT Careers

The program, celebrating its 11th anniversary in November 2024, is a half-day career expo where over 1,000 high school students explore educational options, job opportunities, in their hometown to determine what it could mean for them to launch an IT career in Northeast Ohio.

Passport provides students with experiences like;

Career Passport
Speed rounds with six different IT Professionals.

Opportunity Passport
Students complete a gameshow-like activity to learn about post-secondary IT/Technology learning opportunities such as NEO Universities, Community Colleges, and work-bound program providers (like Urban City Codes and Tech Elevator) and the US military.

Big Ideas/Bold Ventures Breakout Sessions

Students choose between three breakout rooms that will showcase IT/Tech careers in leading NEO companies.
