Greater Cleveland Partnership helps bring IT careers to life for middle and high school students in Northeast Ohio by recruiting IT professionals that want to share their knowledge and experience to help students envision a successful future in an IT career.

GCP recruits IT professionals representing various IT roles, functional areas, industries, backgrounds, educational levels, and employers to engage with middle and high school students to help them explore IT career opportunities and to increase their career awareness, education, interest, and readiness.

Our portfolio of early career exploration programs and experiences are aligned with the Planning and Career Exploration (PACE) framework established by the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium (GCCC) which is embedded in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Cleveland Heights, Garfield, East Cleveland, Maple Heights, and Warrensville Heights and other inner-ring school districts.

The portfolio of programs also serves the broader ecosystem of high schools in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, and Ashtabula counties offering programs and turnkey resources including knowledge assets, digital platform and tools, centralized for facilitated and asynchronous career exploration for students in their classrooms and at home.

GCP is continuously recruiting volunteers (referred to as GCP ProCorps) for the current and upcoming school year(s).

Please complete the following form and indicate which types of programs you would be interested in volunteering for in the coming school year.
