2024 TECNA Award Winner

The Greater Cleveland Partnership‘s portfolio of IT career exploration programs, received the distinguished Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) Innovation Award in the category of Talent Pipeline & Workforce: STEM & Students! As everyone knows who engaged with the RITE initiative since 2013 when we launched the first ever Passport to IT Careers, these programs were built by regional employers in collaboration with regional higher education and many RITE/GCP team members, partners, and ProCorps volunteers over the years. Just last year – in the tenth anniversary year – these programs engaged 4,751 students from 90 schools across Northeast Ohio.
